Help Me, Buddha

Taking refuge in the Dharma, the Sangha and the Buddha, I found a nice Buddha figurine at Sears for 60% off -- $7.99 and brought him home last night to help motivate me to meditate daily. I placed him in a corner near the window and the tv. I don't know if he is Feng Shui correct, but I like him over there and I did meditate today. I had a very nice session under his watchful eye, thank you very much. I began with yoga and then began sitting.

I experienced a no-body sensation in this session today. I also experienced a deep calmness and a presence within the calmness, with no sleepy mind. I was waiting for sleepy mind as the calmness came over me and the no body experience ensued -- usually, sleepy mind kicks in right about then. But I watched, and I was present and nothing like sleepy happened. (Yey! I'm such a good meditator. Hee.)

Then, before sleepy mind could come, I ended the session. Since I felt no body, I looked for the sensations of the hardness of floor under my butt and heels. Yep, there it was - the body. The big body with all the mass. Here I am again, back to hauling this mass around with me everywhere. Ha hahahaa. Help me Buddha. I need a treadmill or something! And thanks for motivating me to sit.
